I have to post portraits of Annika sparingly because she dislikes posing for photos and generally doesn’t understand how lovely she is. I know how much she enjoys being by the sea though so hopefully she won’t mind me sharing this one.
On this day we had spent the morning at Seven Sisters before heading back to Brighton where we walked around Shoreham Port at sunset.
Managed to get two or three decent portraits of Annika’s paddle in the nice light. I like that the pictures aren’t frenetic. The port is very industrial but the sea background is clean and anonymous. I’m not sure we’d have experienced the same serenity along the coast at Brighton.
