Today I learned that a Telefunken Magnetophon 15A is worth £6,500 on eBay. Mind blown. It’s a high end 1/4 tape machine, presumably for making 2-track masters in high end studios in the 1980s.
These two images from the Musée des Instruments de Musique in Brussels, only look good in high-contrast black and white. Not going to lie. No talent was involved in composing these, but I’ve always quite liked these two shots.
