Andertons Music Company

Andertons has been through a digital revolution, seeing explosive growth disrupt its business. My role since 2009 has centred on delivering technology to support this growth.

I led Andertons’ biggest e-commerce project to date: a replatform to IBM’s world-leading Websphere Cloud solution. The project had stakes of £1m in year one and went live on time in October 2017.

As a technology stakeholder within Andertons, I have represented Andertons’ interests to deliver significant integrations with third-party technologies as well as building business solutions from scratch in-house.

With over 650,000 YouTube subscribers and an even wider reach via partnering channels, Andertons TV has been one of biggest successes of Andertons in digital.

My time at Andertons has seen the team grow from two to sixteen. I have provided management, leadership and mentoring to grow and develop a team of digital experts.

Andertons has won a host of awards during my time there. Trust & brand is at the heart of the company, and I’m deeply proud of what the team has achieved.
